For many of you this will be the first time you are in the Netherlands, so things can be a bit a bit confusing! Don’t worry, we got you.

If you are invited to the ceremony, you are welcome from 14:00 for a welcoming drink and a chance to settle in, say hello, and enjoy the beautiful surroundings.

The ceremony will begin at 15:00.

If you are invited to the reception and dinner, you are welcome to join us from 16:00.

For more information on the complete schedule, refer to the Schedule page.

The dress code is semi-formal. Think smart but festive — something you’d wear to a nice dinner or special occasion. Please avoid jeans, hoodies and t-shirts.

We kindly ask you not to take photos or videos during the ceremony. We’d love for everyone to be fully present and enjoy that moment with us.

During the reception, dinner, and evening program, you’re more than welcome to take pictures. We’ll also have a disposable-camera-style app available for everyone to use on their own phone — just scan the QR code and start snapping away.

Due to venue noise restrictions, the party will gradually wind down from around 23:00. This means the music will be turned down and things will become more relaxed as the evening comes to a close.

Around midnight, we’ll dance our final song together and bring the celebration to an end. We kindly ask everyone to make their way home or back to their accommodation afterwards.
